Equipment Pickup at San Francisco International Airport
You may pick up mobile WiFi, SIM cards, and rental cell phone packages right at the San Francisco International Airport.

Why pay shipping fees?
Equipment Dropoff at San Francisco International Airport
You can return your mobile WiFi rental or cell phone rental package back at the airport when you return.

If you are returning after store hours, you may leave your package in a drop off box. Our staff will then check-in your equipment the next day. Your receipt will be e-mailed to you within 1-4 weeks.
Return Rental Equipment via Shipping
You may ship your mobile WiFi rental or cell phone rental package back to TripTel. Pre-addressed FedEx shipping labels are provided for your convenience and you will be responsible for the shipping charges.

If you wish to ship the package yourself, you may use FedEx or UPS carriers and ship to:
